Inked Kicks Questionnaire

In 2009, I started Inked Kicks, a custom canvas shoe design project. With ink and paint, I take your ideas and create artwork on Vans and TOMS shoes. (View the Facebook gallery here.) The website, InkedKicks.com, is still under construction, so in the meantime, fill in the form below to request your custom shoes.

Please note:
» The size and model of certain shoes depend on availability, and I’ll let you know about the availability in my response. This will affect the delivery date, though it ususally takes up to 3 weeks from the time you fill out the form.
» These shoes CAN be worn because I use high quality fade-proof and waterproof inks/paints… just don’t wash them!
» After I review your details, I’ll send you a link for payment and from there we can get started on your new custom Inked Kicks. Prices range from $125-$300 depending on the shoe and artwork.
» Only one pair can be described per submission.
