The CEOs of the company contacted me to design the site based on their existing logo. We discussed the content that would appear, and how users would interact with new information. We discussed questions such as, “What are users already familiar with?” “Our content is unique–how do we still make it easy to explore?” “How do we keep users coming back and contributing?”
The result became a very content driven, yet user friendly interface. With my designs in hand, I created the HTML and CSS for the site’s powerful features which were included later one by one. The site continues to grow with the constant addition of recipes and photos, Q&A forums, and expert chef advice among many other new features which called for a scalable, flexible design.
